FAQ

Answers before a pilot

The questions teams usually ask about the product, data boundaries, implementation and price.

Frequently asked questions

Product

Does Primal replace our ERP or CRM?

No. Primal works above existing systems: it assembles context, carries out configured routine work and routes decisions. Your systems remain the systems of record.

Can an agent send a message or change a record on its own?

Source access starts read-only. A write or send action needs its own minimum permission, and every irreversible step is confirmed by a person.

Which systems can you connect?

We start with the systems behind the decision: CRM, finance and spend, accounting, collaboration, project operations, commerce, advertising and data. Western teams commonly begin with Attio or HubSpot, Ramp or Brex, QuickBooks or Xero, Slack, Notion, Linear, Shopify and Procore. We scope the exact connection and permissions during discovery.

Security and rollout

Where is our data processed?

For private deployment, data stays within your company environment. For cloud deployments, processing location and transferred data are agreed before launch.

How long does implementation take?

A focused pilot begins with one workflow and one to three systems. The rollout plan depends on the source count, data condition and approval boundaries.

What does it cost?

We price a pilot, managed rollout or private deployment after a short discovery. The scope is tied to the systems, workflow and governance requirements involved — not a per-seat menu.
